Luis Vicent\u00edn y la rectora Arq. Lydia Mochi, quienes guiaron la actividad junto a especialistas y responsables de la obra. Participaron tambi\u00e9n el Ing. Gustavo Gabiassi de PRODEGO, el gerente de Ginsa S.A. Ing. Fernando R\u00faveda y el jefe de obra Ing.
